1. How can I contact you?

1. Can I modify or cancel my order? Our goal is to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible, so we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been placed.
2. It's missing/defective/not what I ordered, what should I do? We know how frustrating this can be and we always want to make sure every order is perfect! Upon receiving your order, please inspect the delivered items as soon as possible. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not what you ordered, please complete and submit an online return request and follow the instructions displayed.
3. How can I check the status of my order? To check the status of your order, click "My Account" and then "My Orders." Select the order you want to review and click "View Order" for more information.
4. Why was my order canceled? While we will make every effort to fulfill your entire order, in rare cases we may need to cancel one or more items based on stock availability. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to product shortages, you will receive a cancellation email and be refunded the cost of the unshipped items. Also, please double-check to make sure you have entered the correct code.
